Why a Preliminary Review is Useful
Existing documents allow us to prepare for the first appointment more effectively. X-rays, digital volume tomographies, findings, photos, or treatment and cost plans provide insights into important questions and any additional diagnostics that may be required.
This is particularly helpful for more extensive treatments such as implantology, bone augmentation, dental prosthetics, aesthetic restorations, treatments under sedation or general anesthesia, and for second opinions on existing treatment plans.
The preliminary review can help to better prepare for consultation, appointment scheduling, and potential treatment steps. However, it does not replace a personal examination at our practice. A definitive diagnosis and treatment decision will only be made after a dental examination on-site.
