Personal support at the reception of ZAK dental practice
ZAK Berlin-Mitte

The people at ZAK

One team sharing responsibility for your treatment.

Modern dentistry is never the work of one person alone. Dentists, surgery, assistants, preventive care, sterilisation, laboratory and administration work closely together.

Shared responsibility

From the first enquiry to long-term aftercare.

Every treatment is supported by several areas: consultation, diagnostics, planning, assisting, hygiene, documentation, laboratory work, appointment coordination and aftercare all interact.

This creates clear workflows and direct communication. Patients should not have to mediate between separate providers; they should receive personal guidance throughout the entire treatment journey.

Surgical team during treatment

A four-eye principle in surgery

Surgical care as teamwork.

On dedicated surgery days, the practice schedule is specifically organised for surgical procedures. Depending on the case, clinicians alternate between operating and assisting.

Two surgically experienced clinicians enable professional exchange, mutual control and additional redundancy. Preparation, sterile workflows, instruments, materials, PRF and postoperative organisation are managed by an experienced assisting team.

Clear communication

Many languages, one shared objective.

Our team speaks German, English, Romanian, Ukrainian, Russian, Armenian, Azerbaijani, Filipino, Vietnamese, Bengali (Bangla), Malayalam and Tamil. Please ask about the availability of personal language support when arranging your appointment.
