Our Team at ZAK
Modern dentistry is not created by individuals alone, but by a well-coordinated team. At ZAK, dentists, surgical team, prophylaxis, assistants, sterilization, laboratory, and administration work closely together.
Each treatment is supported by multiple areas: from the initial consultation through diagnostics and planning to assistance, hygiene, documentation, prosthetics, and follow-up care. This creates clear workflows, short communication channels, and personalized care that accompanies patients throughout their entire treatment.
Our team combines many years of experience, international training, modern technology, and a calm, structured approach to work. This creates a practice where professional competence and personal care belong together.
Dentists at ZAK

Dr. med. stom. Andreea Krauss
Practice Director · Implantology · Periodontology · Prosthetics · Digital Dentistry
Dr. med. stom. Andreea Krauss is the founder and director of the ZAK dental practice in Berlin-Mitte. She has been practicing dentistry since 1997, has been a specialist in dentistry since 2002, and has been qualified in implantology since 2006. In 2023, she additionally completed a curriculum in implantology and periodontology. Her experience is complemented by numerous continuing education courses in Germany and abroad. Her focus areas include implantology, periodontology, prosthetics, and aesthetic-functional dentistry. Particularly important to her is treatment that considers not only individual teeth but the entire situation: bone, gums, bite, function, aesthetics, general health, and long-term maintainability. At ZAK, she accompanies patients from the initial consultation through digital diagnostics and planning to the completed restoration and follow-up care. Through the integration of modern technology, intraoral scanners, digital diagnostics, and the practice's own CAD/CAM laboratory, many treatment steps can be directly coordinated with one another. Since 2006, Dr. Andreea Krauss has been continuously active in implantology. Her experience encompasses not only the placement of implants but the entire treatment pathway: consultation, diagnostics, digital planning, surgical procedures, bone augmentation, sinus lift, regenerative procedures, prosthetics, function, aesthetics, and long-term follow-up care.
Additional Professional Qualification
Five-year university degree in physiokinetic therapy—a combination of physiotherapy and medical movement therapy—at the University of Oradea, Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy.

Dentist Margarita Avagimova
Aesthetic Dentistry · Restorative Dentistry · Aligner Therapy · Function
Margarita Avagimova complements ZAK with experience in aesthetic and restorative dentistry. She is internationally trained, holds German licensure as a dentist, and worked for several years in Berlin with a focus on restorative and aesthetic dentistry. Her professional background includes aesthetic treatment planning, restorative care, CEREC, endodontics, TMD diagnostics, function, soft tissue management, and implantology continuing education.
At ZAK, she brings this perspective particularly where aesthetics, function, and tooth preservation come together: in anterior aesthetics, restorative treatments, tooth form, bite situation, and natural smile design.
Through her language skills in Russian, German, and English, she also supports patients who desire multilingual consultation.
At ZAK, she also accompanies aligner therapies—from the initial assessment through digital planning to regular monitoring of tooth movements.

Dentist Katharina Filla
Tooth Preservation · General Dentistry
Katharina Filla brings a young, highly structured dental perspective to the ZAK team. She completed her dental studies at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and received her dental license in 2025. Already during her training, she gained practical experience in dental assistance, diagnostics, treatment workflows, instrument processing, prophylaxis, and patient care. This experience helps her today to understand treatments not only from a dental perspective but also from the entire practice workflow.
After her studies, she volunteered in a dental aid project in Peru. There she treated and cared for children and adults in the areas of prevention, conservative dentistry, and surgical treatments.
At ZAK, Katharina Filla accompanies patients with calm consultation, careful examination, and a special focus on tooth preservation, prevention, and comprehensible treatment steps.
Surgical Team
Implantological and oral surgical procedures are planned and performed as a team at ZAK. Dr. med. stom. Andreea Krauss and Prof. Dr. Ingo Voges bring their surgical experience together into treatment—from digital planning through surgical preparation to follow-up care.
On dedicated surgical days, the practice workflow is specifically oriented toward surgical treatments. Depending on the procedure, operating and assisting roles alternate. This integrates multiple experienced perspectives during surgery: surgical execution, assistance, oversight, material organization, and prosthetic goal work closely together.
The surgical team is supported by an experienced surgical assistant. Preparation, sterile workflows, instruments, materials, PRF, and post-procedure processing are organized in a structured manner so that the procedure can be accompanied calmly, with focus, and safely.

Andreea Krauss & Prof. Dr. Ingo Voges
The core surgical team consists of Dr. med. stom. Andreea Krauss and Prof. Dr. Ingo Voges. Both bring their implantological and surgical experience together into treatment. Depending on the procedure, they operate and assist as a team—always with the goal of closely connecting planning, surgical execution, oversight, and subsequent restoration.
This team structure is an important safety factor: Two surgically experienced practitioners enable professional exchange, mutual control, a dual-provider principle during treatment, and additional redundancy in the surgical workflow. When a second assessment, additional support, or a change in operative role is appropriate during a procedure, this competence is immediately available in the room.
Surgical days are deliberately organized so that hygiene, material preparation, sterile supplies, assistance, technology, and documentation are fully oriented toward the planned procedures. This reduces disruptions, creates calm workflows, and enables focused surgical treatment.
The surgical team is supported by an experienced surgical assistant.

Prof. Dr. Ingo Voges, M.Sc
Implantological Surgery · Complex Procedures · Bone Augmentation
Prof. Dr. Ingo Voges has been active in implantology since 1995 and brings many years of experience in complex implantology, bone augmentation, sinus lift, and surgical treatment planning. As former medical director and medical managing director of IFZI, he was active for many years in implantological continuing education, supervision, and trainer education.
At ZAK, he works on exclusive surgical days together with Dr. Andreea Krauss in the surgical team. This dual-provider principle combines operative experience, digital planning, mutual control, and focus on subsequent prosthetic restoration. For patients, this collaboration means: two surgically experienced practitioners in the OR, structured workflows, digital planning, and a shared focus on the surgical and prosthetic overall result.
Prof. Dr. Ingo Voges is an integral part of the surgical team at ZAK. He accompanies implantological treatments together with Dr. Andreea Krauss, from surgical planning through the procedure to follow-up care.

At ZAK, qualified and experienced staff members support daily treatment, professional dental cleaning, periodontal follow-up care, and surgical procedures. Particularly with implantology, periodontitis, prosthetics, and longer treatments, an experienced assistance and prophylaxis team provides structure, calm, and personal care.
